How this calculator works
Movemint charges a flat rate per employee per month, so the math is simple on purpose. Monthly cost is your total headcount multiplied by the per-employee rate for your chosen currency. Annual cost is that monthly figure times twelve. Because participation is never 100%, this calculator also shows cost per participating employee, using your headcount times the participation percentage you set, so you can see the real cost of engagement rather than just the cost of enrollment.
The projected step total is a rough, labeled estimate, not a promise. It multiplies projected participants by an assumed average of about 7,000 steps per person per day over a 30-day challenge. Real workplace step counts vary widely by role, season, and how the challenge is promoted internally.
